This course will give an overview of buyer statistics to help the agent better understand the market. We will cover the Buying Process and ways the agent can improve the experience for both the buyer and themselves. Upon completion of this course, the agent will be able to determine what buyers want and how to get them into the home of their dreams.

Working with Senior Clients

This course will help you to identify issues and factors that influence older adult’s decisions to buy or sell a home. Learn how household composition impacts things such as retirement plans and living arrangements to better serve clients in this stage of life. Finally, we will review the various tax issues that may impact clients over 50 years of age.

Fair Housing

Tuesday, February 28 | 9a-12p
Upon completion of this course, the agent will understand the importance and history of Federal Fair Housing and be able to identify protected classes under the Fair Housing Law. This course will review the various Fair Housing Exemptions and discuss how the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enforces the Federal Fair Housing Act. Finally, we will explore previous Fair Housing violations and discuss ways to avoid these violations in the future.
