Participants will understand the purpose of appraisals, how they differ from CMAs and the scope of the appraiser’s role. The Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course is required to attain the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification and meets the elective requirement for the ABR® designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Councio (REBAC).
